LGS Lead Engine
Privacy notice
Who is responsible
Langwieder Global Solutions (LGS), Dubai, runs Lead Engine and decides what happens with the data in it. Each workspace decides which leads it brings in, from which tools, and who on its team gets access.
What is collected about you
If you have a sign in: your email, your name, your password (kept scrambled, nobody can read it), your authenticator set up, the workspaces and role you have, when you sign in and how long you use the app, the pages you open, your device type, and a log of what you change (for example a lead's stage). If you are a lead: the business contact details the workspace brought in from its tools or files (name, work email, phone, job title, company, LinkedIn address, country), where they came from, and how you engaged with the workspace (emails opened or answered, calls booked, Deal Room visits). Nothing is collected from visitors who do not sign in.
Lead records
Leads are the workspace's confidential business records. Only that workspace's team and the LGS team can see them; a lead researcher sees the leads but not their engagement. Leads come in from the workspace's own tools and the LGS apps, and a qualified lead can go to Growth Engine inside the same company, over signed links LGS can switch off.
If you do not want to be contacted
Business contacts are kept because the workspace has a legitimate business interest in reaching people in your role; each lead shows where it came from. If you unsubscribe from a workspace's emails, or tell them or LGS that you do not want to be contacted, your lead is marked do not contact at once: nobody is prompted to contact you, it cannot be sent on to sales, and the mark shows in every export. Only the workspace owner can lift it, with a reason, if you ask to hear from them again. You can also ask for your lead record to be deleted (see Your rights).
Why
To give you access, keep the app secure, show the workspace who changed what, keep the lead list clean and current, and tell LGS which parts of the app are used. Nothing is sold, and no AI reads your data or the lead records.
Where it is kept
In the European Union, Frankfurt (database and servers), encrypted when stored and when sent.
How long
Your sign in and usage are kept while you have access. A lead that was closed as lost or parked and has had no activity for 24 months is deleted automatically, with its history; a lead marked do not contact is kept so you are not added and contacted again. When a workspace leaves, LGS deletes it and every record in it. You can ask for your own data to be deleted at any time.
Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and the EU GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or get a copy of it, at any time. Write to solutions@langwieder-global.com. You can change your name and password yourself under My account. Deleting removes your sign in, name, access and usage everywhere in the app; as a lead, your lead record and its history are deleted.
Laws and standards
UAE Personal Data Protection Law and EU GDPR, followed. ISO 27001 information security and ISO 22301 business continuity practice, used as guides: LGS is not certified to either.
